An added part of the program is being able to donate your bag credit to Hokulani. When you use a reusable bag your option is to receive Hawaiian Miles of get a 5ยข bag credit. This year, you may donate the credit as an additional donation.

Funds are raised throughout to year to support instruction (PE, Music, Library, Digital Literacy, STEM, Guidance, and Art), purchase furniture (replace termite eaten library shelves, replace desks and chairs), and to pay for subscriptions like IXL, Kid Biz, and STAR. There are also classroom specific needs like iPads, chair covers, and science materials (consumables) that are made available through fundraisers like Give Aloha.
