Book fair now open!

We can help you tackle your holiday shopping while promoting literacy. Please join us as we continue to promote literacy and the love of reading. Books increase imagination, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. We all have our favorite genres and we ask that you please encourage your child to read a wide range of material in order to grow their brain. Each classroom will have a chance to visit the book fair. It will also be open after school if you would like to come shop with your student. You may also gift classrooms or programs with books too!  There are many options.  At the same time you will be supporting our fundraising goal to raise Scholastic dollars to fill up the book shelves in our library.  Thank you so much for your support.

New community partnership with Punahou School

Hokulani is now a PUEO school (Partnerships in Unlimited Educational Opportunities)! We are sending our first student to the program which will start in June of 2018. The program is open to fifth grade students only. We are excited for the student and the student's family. The purpose of this Punahou partnership is to help provide ongoing academic and social skills that will prepare the student for college. Participants attend seven years of summer school classes at Punahou along with three academic/social activities at Punahou during the school year.
Following is a link to the program.
